Yellow Datsun

Created by Andy Weather in 2021, Yellow Datsun pairs pineapple rum with crème de cacao, turmeric falernum, lemon, and demerara. Egg white gives it a silky texture, while brûléed sugar and seasonal spices add a warm, aromatic finish.

Ingredients: Pineapple rum, crème de cacao, turmeric falernum, demerara syrup, lemon, egg white. Garnished with brûléed sugar and spices.
