Merry Cranberry

Created by Kevin Mouhot in 2021, Merry Cranberry starts with a house cranberry spiced syrup and a float of Lambrusco, with curaçao, Pasubio, and allspice dram layering in bittersweet citrus and warm spice over vodka. Fresh lemon keeps it bright and cranberry bitters pull it tart.

Ingredients: Vodka, cranberry spiced syrup, lemon, curaçao, Pasubio, allspice dram, cranberry bitters, topped with Lambrusco. Garnished with a lemon peel.
