Satisfied Mind

Created by Andrew Weather in 2022, Satisfied Mind brings Bourbon together with Cardamaro, apple cider, and poached pear for a rich, orchard-fruit sour. Lemon lifts the warm, gently bitter flavors, while flaming rosemary adds an aromatic finish.

Ingredients: Bourbon, Cardamaro, apple cider poached pear puree, lemon. Garnished with flaming rosemary.
