Hot Buttered Rum

Bronson Kistler’s Westport Café version, developed in 2017, pairs dark rum with hot apple cider and spiced vanilla butter. Rich and warming, it brings together apple, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Served hot in a warmed mug with a dusting of nutmeg.
