Glassware is included for events up to 150 guests. Above 150, glassware is available as a rental add-on and quoted with your proposal. For certain event types (festivals, street events, outdoor venues without a controlled footprint), we may require service in disposable.
A 20% service charge is included with every package and no tip jar is placed on the bar. For casual events, you can request that the service charge be removed and a tip jar set out instead.

Most of our events are all-inclusive packages, but we do accommodate other structures on a case-by-case basis.Availability depends on venue, date, and event type.
Cash Bar
Sidecar provides the license, the liquor, the equipment, and the staff. Your guests purchase their own drinks. You cover the staffing and guarantee a minimum in sales.
Sales minimum. Every cash bar carries a minimum sales guarantee, quoted with your proposal. The minimum reflects event type, duration, guest count, and time of year. If bar sales fall short of the minimum, the difference is invoiced to the client after the event. If sales exceed it, nothing further is owed.

- Bartender — $45/hour, 4-hour minimum
- Bar Manager — $45/hour, 4-hour minimum
- Bar Back — $35/hour, 4-hour minimum
Bartending Only
You provide the alcohol. We provide licensed, insured, professional bar staff, bar tools, and service. Glassware, mixers, garnishes, and ice are not included and can be added.
Bartending Only Staffing rates
- Bartender — $75/hour, 4-hour minimum
- Bar Manager — $75/hour, 4-hour minimum
- Bar Back — $50/hour, 4-hour minimum
$900 minimum invoice on all bartending-only events.

Per-person pricing means you know your number before the event instead of after it. You’re not doing mental math while your guests order, and there’s no surprise invoice the next morning.
Small adjustments before your final headcount deadline are no problem. Increasing the count after final payment will result in after-event fees, so give us your best number at the deadline.
$7 per person for anyone under 21 or not drinking. They have full access to sodas, juices, and mocktails.
Yes. A 20% service charge is included with every package and there’s no tip jar on the bar, we think a tip jar undercuts the look of a hosted event. For casual events, you can ask us to remove the service charge and set out a jar instead.
