Mezcocoa

Created by TJ at Westport Café in 2021, Mezcocoa pairs mezcal and tequila with rich hot chocolate. Ancho Reyes and piment d’Espelette add gentle heat, while génépi brings an herbal note. Finished with a toasted mezcal marshmallow.

Ingredients: Mezcal, tequila, Ancho Reyes, génépi, hot chocolate, hot water, piment d’Espelette. Topped with a toasted mezcal marshmallow.
