Pimm’s Cup

A menu staple at Westport Café since the day it opened. Pimm’s No. 1 is a gin-based English liqueur, low-proof and steeped with citrus and spice, traditionally the base of a summer garden drink in Britain. It stays light and easy-drinking, which is exactly why it’s held its spot on the menu this long.

Ingredients: Pimm’s No. 1, lime, ginger syrup, soda water
