Charlie Sour

Created in 2015 and still on the list ten years later, the Charlie Sour has been one of Bronson’s steadiest sellers and is probably the most wanted cocktail at Sidecar. Earl Grey gives the bourbon a gentle tannic grip, St. Germain and orange peel syrup soften it with floral sweetness, and lemon keeps it bright.
