Barbera

Created by Jacob Beckloff at Westport Cafe in 2022, Barbera pairs rum with guava, fresh lime, and ginger syrup. Fruity and tropical with a bright citrus edge and gentle spice, it is shaken and served over ice.

Ingredients: Rum, guava nectar, lime, ginger syrup. Garnished with an orange half-wheel and mint.
