Psycho Tropical

Created by Andrew Weather in 2022, Psycho Tropical combines smoky mezcal with crème de cacao, pineapple amaro, and fresh lime. Chocolate and tropical fruit deepen the mezcal’s earthy character, while lime keeps the drink bright and balanced.

Ingredients: Mezcal, crème de cacao, pineapple amaro, lime. No garnish.
