Meadowlark

Created by Bronson Kistler at Westport Café in 2018, Meadowlark pairs fresh basil and génépi des Alpes with grapefruit and lemon. Vodka keeps the base clean, letting the citrus and botanicals lead. Shaken and served in a chilled coupe.
