El Diablo

Created by Trader Vic in 1946, El Diablo combines blanco tequila with crème de cassis, fresh lime, and ginger syrup. The result is a bright, citrusy tequila drink with dark berry richness, gentle spice, and a light soda finish.

Ingredients: Blanco tequila, crème de cassis, lime, ginger syrup, topped with soda. Garnished with candied ginger on a steel pick and a brown straw.
