Paper Plane

Created in 2008 by Sam Ross for The Violet Hour in Chicago, the Paper Plane brings bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, and fresh lemon together in equal parts. It is bright and citrusy with a bittersweet, herbal backbone and a clean finish.

Ingredients: Bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, lemon. Garnished with a lemon swab.
