Little Red Rooster

A long-time favorite at Westport Café. This gin sour has a bitter orange streak; Aperol brings the color and a gentle edge, grapefruit and lemon keep it bright, and a cinnamon syrup pulls the whole thing toward the colder months. A few dashes of Angostura on top for warmth. It’s balanced in a way we still can’t quite get over, and it tends to disappear quickly at fall events.
