Sidewinder’s Fang

Created at the Lanai restaurant in 1960, Sidewinder’s Fang combines demerara and navy-style rum with falernum, curaçao, citrus, passion fruit, honey, absinthe, and bitters. Rich, tropical, citrusy, spiced, and aromatic.

Ingredients: Demerara rum, navy-style rum, Velvet Falernum, dry curaçao, lime, orange, passion fruit syrup, salted honey syrup, absinthe, Angostura bitters. Garnished with an orange swath and mint.
