Center of the Galaxy

Created by Martin Cate at Smuggler’s Cove in 2009, Center of the Galaxy pairs aged rum with raspberry, lime, rich demerara, and honey. Fruity, rich, citrusy, and softly sweet with a deep tropical finish.

Ingredients: Vida Cana 18 Year rum, raspberry liqueur, lime, rich demerara syrup, honey syrup. Garnished with a fresh raspberry.
