Ginger Hibiscus Mule

Created by Nicolas Mermet in 2021, Ginger Hibiscus Mule combines hibiscus and ginger syrups with fresh lemon and orange. Built over ice and topped with soda, this non-alcoholic fizz is bright, floral, citrusy, and refreshing.

Ingredients: Hibiscus syrup, ginger syrup, lemon, orange, topped with soda water. Garnished with orange and mint.
