Cucumber Mule (NA)

Created by Nicolas Mermet in 2022, Cucumber Mule is a bright, non-alcoholic refresher built with cucumber juice, ginger, lemon, and mint. Shaken and topped with soda, it is crisp, cooling, and lightly spicy.

Ingredients: Cucumber juice, ginger syrup, lemon, mint, topped with soda. Garnished with a cucumber slice or ribbon.
