Created by Nicolas Mermet in 2024, the Strawberry Negroni puts a fresh, fruit-forward spin on the classic equal-parts Negroni. Gin and Campari bring the botanical and bitter backbone, while Chambéryzette adds bright strawberry flavor and a soft herbal finish.
